Hailing from Statesboro, Georgia, both owners bring their unique backgrounds, values, and visions to the forefront of their business operations.

Patrick Chambers
Co-Owner
Born and raised in Statesboro, Patrick has a diverse career path that includes roles as a sales representative at Franklin Chevrolet, a tile installer, a general carpenter, and a caddie at TPC Sawgrass, before entering the roofing business. His educational background from Southeast Bulloch High School, complemented by real-world experiences, shaped his approach to business and leadership. Patrick’s commitment to customer satisfaction and communication is at the core of Coastal Elite Roofing’s success, earning the company accolades such as “Best in the Boro 2023,” “Most Fabulous New Business 2023,” and “Most Fab Roofing Company 2023.” An avid sports enthusiast and traveler, Patrick finds joy in exploring new places with his dog and engaging in competitive sports. His leadership philosophy highlights the importance of unity, inspiration, and effective communication.
Marshall Duke
Co-Owner
Marshall brings a wealth of experience from his early beginnings in building residential houses at the age of 18 to becoming a general contractor. With an Associate degree from East Georgia, Marshall’s journey led him to own Duke Building Services before co-founding Coastal Elite Roofing. His passion for family and the outdoors fuels his dedication to the company and the community it serves. Marshall’s leadership philosophy is to lead by example, a principle that resonates in every project Coastal Elite Roofing undertakes. He views each project as his favorite, emphasizing the importance of every homeowner they work with. A fun fact about Marshall is his enjoyment in witnessing the transformation of construction projects from start to finish.
John Clancy
General Manager
John Clancy, the General Manager with four years of experience in roofing and construction, brings a wealth of self-taught and on-the-job expertise to Coastal Elite Roofing. John’ enjoys exploring the small cities and backroads of Southeast Georgia. What sets Coastal Elite apart under John’s leadership is their commitment to post-job follow-up and a community-driven approach. Nina Ferraz-Pfaff
Office Administrator
With over 8 years of experience, Nina Ferraz-Pfaff brings a wealth of experience in administration and leadership to her role as Office Admin at Coastal Elite Roofing. Although new to the roofing industry, Nina chose this career path because of the growth and learning opportunities it offers. At Coastal Elite Roofing, Nina appreciates the genuine care the company shows for both its clients and employees and how the owners provide ample resources and motivation for the staff’s success. A fun and unique aspect of Nina’s life is she has dual citizenship in Brazil and the United States.
Colby Easterwood
Project Manager

Colby’s journey is deeply rooted in his childhood experiences, where he would accompany his father to various construction sites. He finds the roofing sector particularly appealing for its fast-paced nature and continuous growth. This approach ensures that any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, providing a seamless and satisfactory experience for the customer before, during, and after project completion. He appreciates the diversity of Georgia’s natural beauty, from mountains to beaches. At Coastal Elite, he prides himself on the company’s meticulous attention to detail, high-quality materials, and thorough work, which led to their recognition as the Best Roofing Company of 2023.
