Coastal Elite Roofing showed up at my house one day and asked to do a free roof inspection. They found damages and walked me through the process of what to do next. They then came out and met with the insurance adjuster at the same time and made sure that the insurance adjuster did not take any shortcuts. After the insurance agreed I needed a whole new roof, they told Coastal Elite that they were not going to pay for the higher-end shingles that Coastal Elite was trying to provide. Coastal Elite told me not to worry about any of it and they worked with my insurance company and did all of the extra work. They were friendly, respectful, and now I have a better roof than I had on the house when it was built. I could not recommend them enough.

He explained the damages, discussed the options and walked us through the entire process. He even helped us with the process of getting it approved through our insurance company. Shortly after it was approved, the crew replaced our roof and that too with a color we picked from their wide array of colors..
